The formalization of an order through the online store of the site “www.joserosas.pt”, presupposes the

acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Prices

The prices of the parts are indicated in euros (€), include VAT at the legal rate and include or do not include shipping charges (information provided during the purchase).

José Rosas & Ca reserves the right to change the prices and any costs of shipping costs at any time, but that will never occur after your acceptance of the order.

There is technically the possibility of price errors, spelling or descriptions, and therefore all orders are checked.

In case the information published on the site is incorrect, we will contact you by e-mail to rectify the inaccuracy and confirm that you want to keep the order.

 

Product availability

Orders received from the online store are subject to existing stock.

In the absence of stock we will contact the customer to suggest alternatives or inform the delivery time.

 

Means of payment

José Rosas & Ca’s online store offers its customers the following means of payment:

ATM Reference;

Credit Card VISA or MASTERCARD network;

PayPal;

Bank transfer.

The security of all transactions is guaranteed by the use of the 3D Secure protocol.

 

Registration

To make purchases in the José Rosas & Ca online store, you must register once.

The necessary data will be requested to process, invoice and deliver your order.

Once registered, you have a username and password that allows access to your private area.

The user undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of his username and password, and José Rosas & Ca is exempt from any liability arising from the misuse or negligence of the user.

All data are processed in accordance with our privacy policy namely the one enshrined in Law 58/2019 of August 8th

The information entered by the user when registering in the Reserved Area is used exclusively by José Rosas & Ca.

 

Precious metals

José Rosas & Ca products are contrasted by Contrastaria Portuguesa, Imprensa Nacional – Casa da Moeda (INCM), an entity responsible for the authentication of precious metal artifacts, which thus guarantees that the products have the legal alloy of precious metal.

The precious metal alloy with which the articles are produced is tested according to the legislation that defines the purity of metals.

After testing is guaranteed the quality by applying a punch (contrast) on the object.

The buyer may, in case of doubt as to the authenticity of the marks, use, for verification purposes, the services of the Contrastarias.

The public information contained in the josé rosas & cª online store is protected by the legal provisions on intellectual and industrial property protection rights, so the copying, transmission, transfer, disposal or use by the customer is not authorized in a manner unrelated to the advertising purpose, or its virtual publication without the express consent of José Rosas & Ca. 

 

Realization of the purchase

You can make purchases in the José Rosas & Ca online store in two ways:

A. Log in at the beginning, add your purchases to your cart, and finalize the purchase.

B. Add your purchases to your cart and only when you complete your purchase you log in.

 

Cancellation of the order

The customer may withdraw the order, provided that it has not yet been processed.

The withdrawal of the order can be formalized through an e-mail sent to:  geral@joserosas.pt

The customer must mention the order number and its taxpayer number.

 

Right of repentance

The customer may, within 14 days (running), after receiving the product, proceed to its return without having to claim any kind of reason.

The exception to this return policy are custom parts and ones engraved at the customer’s request.

For this purpose, the return must be made by e-mail sent to the address: geral@joserosas.pt

In the e-mail, the customer must invoke the “Right of Repentance”, always mentioning the order number, invoice and their taxpayer number.

The part must always be returned in its original box and without use marks, along with the invoice.

The costs of returning the order invoking the “Right of Repentance” are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning the part must ensure proof of transport and delivery of the same, because José Rosas & Ca is not responsible in case of loss.

In case of loss, José Rosas & Ca accepts no responsibility for this fact.

The right of repentance applies exclusively to orders placed through the online store, therefore not applying in purchases made in store.

The refund must be made within 14 days by the same means of payment used by the consumer. However, if the consumer requests a different delivery method, the online store is not obliged to refund any additional delivery costs.

 

Returns

The customer may, within 14 days (running), after receiving the product, return any parts broken or in poor condition.

For this purpose, the return must be informed in advance by e-mail sent to the address: geral@joserosas.pt

On the return, the customer should explain the situation by always mentioning the order number, invoice and his/her taxpayer number.

The part must always be returned in its original box and without use marks, along with the invoice.

When returning the part must ensure proof of transport and delivery of the same, because José Rosas & Ca is not responsible in case of loss.

In case of loss, José Rosas & Ca accepts no responsibility for this fact.

José Rosas & Ca assumes the collection of the part to be returned, only at the same address where it was delivered by José Rosas & Ca.

The costs of a new delivery are also assumed by José Rosas & Ca.

The refund must be made within 14 days by the same means of payment used by the consumer. However, if the consumer requests a different delivery method, the online store is not obliged to refund any additional delivery costs.

 

Exchanges

The customer may, within 60 days, return his part for exchange for another or another other parts of identical or higher value.

Exchanges are not accepted in the case of engraved parts and custom parts at the customer’s request

To this end, the return must be informed by e-mail sent to the address geral@joserosas.pt

In the e-mail, the customer should invoke “Exchange” always mentioning the order number, invoice and your taxpayer number.

The part must always be returned in its original box and without use marks, together with with the invoice.

The costs of returning the order invoking “Exchange” are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning the part must ensure proof of transport and delivery of the same, because José Rosas & Ca is not responsible in case of loss.

In case of loss, José Rosas & Ca accepts no responsibility for this fact.

 

Delivery locations and countries

Delivery to postal rooms or hotels is not considered.

José Rosas & Ca delivers in all countries of the European Union without restrictions.

Outside the European Union deliveries are conditional on each country’s customs policy.

For deliveries outside the European Union the customer will always be notified in advance of these Conditions.
